CHS receives donation for classroom supplies

Campbellsville High School recently received a sizable donation to purchase classroom supplies.

 

CHS officials are renovating the school’s family and consumer sciences classroom, with new flooring, kitchen stations and appliances.

 

Taylor County Bank recently donated $11,500 to help with the costs.

 

Jim Miller, president and CEO, and Shelia Coffey, senior vice president and chief operations officer, made the donation.

 

CHS Principal Weston Jones and Campbellsville Independent Schools Superintendent Kirby Smith accepted the donation.

 

Emilie Murrey is the family and consumer sciences teacher at CHS.
