CMS girls’ basketball team takes on Green County

Campbellsville Middle School girls’ basketball team recently took on Green County.

 

In the sixth-grade game, the CMS squad picked up a win.

 

Final score was 18-12.

 

In the seventh-grade match up, the Lady Eagles battled but couldn’t get the win.

 

Final score was 6-56.

 

And in the eighth-grade game, the Lady Eagles lost by a score of 4-57.

 

The Lady Eagles begin Central Kentucky Middle School Athletic Conference play this weekend.

 

The sixth-grade tournament will be Saturday, Sept. 14, in Clinton County.

 

CMS sixth-graders will take on Clinton County at 9:30 a.m.

 

CMS seventh- and eighth-graders will take on Adair County in the first round of the tournament on Monday, Sept. 16, at 6 p.m. at Adair County.

 

Tiarra Cecil is the head coach.
