CES students make shooting stars

Campbellsville Elementary School students are studying lines in their art classes, and recently made shooting stars.

In Adrienne Hash’s classes, second-graders have been learning all about diagonal, straight and curvy lines.

To take their study of lines further, students studied how an artist can use lines to show action and movement.

To illustrate their new art techniques, students glued a star to their papers and then drew many different types of lines to create shooting stars.
