CIS students participate in Fourth of July parade

Campbellsville Independent Schools’ students participated in the annual Campbellsville/Taylor County Fourth of July Celebration parade down Main Street on Thursday, July 4.

 

Students rode on floats and in cars, and others watched the parade from the street.

 

Campbellsville High School marching band members marched and played for the crowd.

 

The parade officially kicks off this year’s marching season.

 

This year’s band camp will be July 22-26 and July 29-Aug. 2, and the first performance of the season will be Saturday, Aug. 24.
