CHS seniors perform community service

Campbellsville High School students recently spent a day performing community service.

As a senior project, students divided into groups on Tuesday, May 14, to volunteer at several local organizations.

Students visited Green River Ministries, Campbellsville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Green River Marina, Campbellsville University, The REATH Center, Campbellsville/Taylor County Fire & Rescue, Clay Hill Memorial Forest, Taylor County Public Library and Campbellsville Elementary School.

Students performed lots of work during the day, from cleaning to painting to landscaping and more.

The students organized the day as a way to thank the community for its support.
