CES students make turkeys in disguise

 

Campbellsville Elementary School students recently made turkeys in disguise in honor of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.

 

In Brittany Johnson’s library class, students read the book “Turkey Trouble” by Wendi Silvano.

 

The book details a turkey’s desire to disguise himself so he won’t become Thanksgiving dinner.

Campbellsville Elementary School students are drawing turkeys in their art class.

 

In Adrienne Hash’s class, students recently listened to the book “A Turkey for Thanksgiving” by Eve Bunting.

CES to host Pastries with Parents

 

Campbellsville Elementary School will host a special event for parents and students in December.

 

CES will host Pastries with Parents to coincide with student-led conferences.

CHS Beta Club to host community Christmas party

 

Campbellsville High School Beta Club will host a Christmas party for all children in the community.

 

The party, named the Holly Jolly Christmas Party, will be Saturday, Dec. 7, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Campbellsville Elementary School cafeteria.

 

The party is free and open to any child in Taylor County.
