Mask Update Oct. 25, 2021

mask updateCampbellsville Independent School District Board of Education made a decision this past Monday night to allow mask's to be optional for students and staff as long as the county incidence rate was 75 or below. We are pleased to share with you that our county rate as of today is 22.2, putting our county in the orange category. Therefore, starting Monday October 25 students and staff will have the option to wear a mask or not until further notice. Students will still have to follow the federal mandate of masking while riding a bus to and from school and during extracurricular trips.

Flu Vaccines Available!

COVID Testing Information

Our ‘Test and Stay’ Program has been underway for a few weeks now and has provided asymptomatic students to stay in class after being in close contact with a COVID positive student. We are now expanding it to Preschool students who choose to participate as opposed to self-quarantine as previously required.

We are also now partnering with Hometown Pharmacy in providing students and families that attend Campbellsville Independent Schools regular COVID-19 testing. This is a program that is free of cost and allows families to test as needed. If your PreK - 12 student or family member in the same household need to be tested for COVID-19 whether you have symptoms or are asymptomatic and would like to be tested you can come to Hometown Pharmacy to receive a free test.

COVID-19 Operations plan
