CHS tennis teams play in region tournament


Campbellsville High School girls’ and boys’ tennis teams recently played in the fifth region tournament.


Doubles partners and freshmen Kaylyn Smith and Lainey Watson made it to the third round of the tournament, eventually losing to Central Hardin.

CHS tennis teams win big at Heartland Conference tournament


Campbellsville High School girls’ and boys’ tennis teams won big at this year’s Heartland Conference tournament.


The girls’ team was named the overall tournament winner.


And the boys’ team was runner-up.


CHS girls’ tennis team recently won the Heartland Conference tournament. From left, freshmen Lainey Watson and Kaylyn Smith won the doubles championship, and, at right, freshmen Tayler Thompson and Sarah Adkins were runners-up. They are pictured with coach Bradley Harris.     CHS boys’ tennis team was runner-up in the Heartland Conference tournament. Patrick Walker, a junior, was runner-up in the singles tournament.

CHS baseball freshman team defeats Russell County


Campbellsville High School baseball freshman team recently defeated Russell County.


In the first game, the CHS team won by a score of 2-1.


CHS freshman Peyton Dabney got a hit to score the winning run.


And the CHS team won the second by a score of 4-0.

CHS baseball team takes on Pulaski County


Campbellsville High School baseball team recently took on Pulaski County.


The Eagles fought hard, but weren’t able to get the win.
