Campbellsville Elementary School first-graders are practicing their math skills and making turkeys.
In Miriah Cox’s class, students were recently given a worksheet that contained the parts of a turkey.
Some math problems were hidden in the feathers, however.
And once their math problems were correct, students could cut out their feathers and color them.
Then, after following a code to color their turkeys correctly, students glued all the parts together.
