Donations needed for CMS outdoor classroom project

Campbellsville Middle School BETA students and Community Service Action team members have begun a community service project at their school.

To help them complete their project, the students are soliciting donations.

The students are working hard to beautify an outdoor classroom at the CMS campus.

The outdoor classroom is used by students to work on projects, have class and eat lunch together.

CMS teacher Andrea Gribbins is leading the project.

To help make the outdoor classroom a place all students can enjoy, Gribbins is asking for donations in the form of landscaping materials, outdoor paint to be used on plastic surfaces, outdoor decorations, outdoor tables and chairs and more.

Any student interested in participating in the project should sign up at the school’s Lighthouse Room.

To donate to the effort, call Gribbins at (270) 465-5121.
