CMS students read ‘The Giver’

Campbellsville Middle School students are reading “The Giver” in their reading class.

The book, written by Lois Lowry, is about a boy named Jonas who lives in a perfect society with no war, fear or pain.

But that might change when Jones is assigned a role in the community which requires him to receive training from The Giver.

As a class, students are reading the book aloud and discussing the story and its meaning.
