CHS track members place at Bryan Station invitational

Campbellsville High School track team members Taliyah Hazelwood, a freshman, and Daesean Vancleave, a sophomore, competed at the Bryan Station Woodall Invitational on Saturday, April 30.

 

Vancleave finished 27th out of 53 runners in the 100-meter dash, with a personal record time of 11.98 seconds.

 

Hazelwood competed in the 100- and 200-meter dashes.

 

In the 100, she finished 11th out of 46 runners, with a time of 13.51 seconds.

 

And in the 200, Hazelwood finished in 10th place out of 36 runners, with a personal record time of 27.17 seconds.

 

Track teams from 30 schools participated in the meet.

 

The last regular season track meet is set for Friday, May 5, at Green County High School at 6 p.m. ET.
