CES students practice reading

Campbellsville Elementary School first-graders are working hard to sharpen their reading skills.

Luci Shofner’s students recently worked with teacher Laura Dicken to read together.

Students read the book “Corn for Sale” to learn all about how farmers grow corn for people to eat.

Dicken asked the students to read aloud and then as a group, and they worked together to help each other.
