CES students make leprechaun floats

Campbellsville Elementary School students recently made leprechaun floats.

Students in Tracey Rinehart’s second-grade class celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with some special treats.

Their classwork centered on St. Patrick’s Day, from math to reading.

At the end of the day, Rinehart made leprechaun floats with her students out of soda, sherbet, whipped cream and cherries.

After they made their floats, students wrote adjectives to describe their treats.
