CES students ‘level up’ with Lexia

Campbellsville Elementary School students who recently “leveled up” with the Lexia and Reading Plus programs were honored at a school-wide assembly on Friday, Feb. 3.

 

Lexia and Reading Plus are technology-based reading programs that help increase reading proficiency for pre-kindergarten students through high school seniors.

 

About 175 students were recognized at CES on Feb. 3 for increasing their reading proficiency level using the programs from Jan. 23 through Feb. 3.

 

Several classes were honored for meeting 100 percent usage on Lexia and/or Reading Plus for the week of Jan. 23. They include Nikki Price’s kindergarten class, Hailey Ogle’s first-grade class and Marcia Sharp’s third-grade class.

 

Sharp’s class and Amanda Greer’s first-grade class were honored for meeting 100 percent usage on Lexia and/or Reading Plus for the week of Jan. 30.

 

Kindergarteners honored include Travontae Jones, Aubreigh Knifley, Casen Meredith, Gavin Williams, Juliana Wolford, Raider Callahan, Melody Ward, Luke Banta, Ayden Andrew, Tristan Burton, Natalee Shaw, Evelyn Reed, Robert Atwood, Aleja Taylor, Tyler Branch, Timothy Stacy, Jewell Brewster, Greyson Trulock, Kira Dotson, Gage Henderson, Cera Rooker, Josiah Edwards, Madison Haywood, Aubrey Allen, Dyra Welch, Marlee Dickens, Addison Beckley, Elyzabeth Fisher, Carson Montes, Jaxon Williams, Keagan Shearer, Ethan Lewis, Neveah Agent, Quincy Travis, Ahryan Wilson, Carol Moura, Miley Orberson, Braxton Rhodes, Aubrey Novak, Jackson Wright, Jayden Maupin and NyJah Vaught.
