CES first-graders learn about being a leader

Campbellsville Elementary School first-grade students are learning about being a leader.

Students in Shirley Cox’s class recently wrote about how they are leaders in their school, at home and in their community.

Cox decorated her classroom door with the students’ writing.

She asked them to begin with the prompts “I am,” “I have” and “I like.”

Students drew pictures to go along with their writing.
