CES students learn about art

Campbellsville Elementary School students recently learned all about painting, quilting and music during Arts Day.

Carolyn Meador, a Campbellsville University music education student, hosted the day.

Meador was a student teacher for CES art teacher Cyndi Chadwick.

During the day, students rotated to four stations to learn about quilting, music, painting and collage art.

Community artists Heather Russell, Karen Vaughn, Patrick Howell and Carolyn Ogden came to CES to lead the sessions.
