Campbellsville Elementary School first-grade students are practicing telling time and learning about weather.
Each day in Lisa Mardis’s class, students are asked to take turns telling the time.
Also, Mardis spends time talking with her students about the weather, and they make graphs to see how many days of the month have been sunny and rainy.
CES first-grader Zion Mitchell writes the time.
CES first-grader Zach Hak draws the time and then picks a classmate to tell what time he drew.
CES first-grader Romeo Goins draws the time and then picks a classmate to tell what time he drew.
CES first-grader Amylah Taylor chooses the weather for the day.
