Campbellsville Elementary School preschool students recently performed a science experiment.
Students in Julie Shelton’s class had some fun with candy canes.
Shelton helped students learn about how candy canes are made, and then placed them in some liquids to see what happens.
Students placed the candy canes in hot water, cold water and vinegar.
After the experiment was over, students saw how each liquid changed the candy cane and made its stripes disappear.
