CES students make Thanksgiving books

Campbellsville Elementary School students recently made books to learn about Thanksgiving.

In Luci Shofner’s class, students are learning about Thanksgiving traditions such as gathering with family members, talking about why we are thankful and more.

Students learned about the first Thanksgiving and why the Pilgrims came to America.

As part of their book, students were asked to reflect on what Thanksgiving means to them.
