Campbellsville Elementary School preschool classes began Monday, Aug. 21.
About 40 students began classes with teachers Denise Spencer and Julie Shelton, and assistants Beth Sandidge and Jessica Williams, respectively.
Students spent the first day of school listening to stories, coloring, playing with their new friends, learning classroom procedures and rules, playing on their playground and much more.
Enrollment in the CES preschool program is open ended. Students have to meet criteria for acceptance into the program, which is open to children ages 3 to kindergarten.
