CES third-graders sharpen math skills

Campbellsville Elementary School third-graders are working hard to sharpen their math skills.

Students in Hannah Jones’s class recently spent an afternoon working on multiplication.

Jones, in addition to CES Instructional Assistant Andrea Menes and RTI teacher Melissa Pratt, helped students learn how to solve the problems and then check their work.

CES third-graders are gearing up for this year’s K-PREP testing, which begins next month.

In the 2015-2016 school year, CES students tested into the highest category possible, making the school a School of Distinction.
