CES students make Cat in the Hat masks

Campbellsville Elementary School kindergarten students recently made their own Cat in the Hat masks to celebrate Dr. Seuss.

The activity was one of many during the week-long events to honor the author.

To start, students colored and cut out a hat and bowtie.

Then, they glued their hat to a paper plate with the center cut out for their face.

Next, students added whiskers and their bowtie.

When finished, students had their very own Cat in the Hat mask.
