CES art students catch leprechauns

Campbellsville Elementary School art students recently caught their own leprechauns.

In Adrienne Hash’s art class, students read “How to Catch a Leprechaun” by Adam Wallace.

After reading the book, Hash discussed the many different ways a person can catch a leprechaun.

Hash asked students to create their own leprechaun trap, and then draw it.

Students were also asked to name their trap, make a list of the equipment needed to make the trap and then write about how it works.
