Campbellsville Elementary School students recently made truffula trees during their week-long celebration of Dr. Seuss.
Students in Lisa Wiseman’s class used coffee filters and straws to make their trees, which are featured in the book “The Lorax.”
First, students colored their coffee filters with markers. Next, Wiseman sprayed water on the filters to spread the color.
When the filters dried, students taped them to colorful straws.
