Campbellsville Elementary School third-grade students recently celebrated Valentine’s Day by making some special crafts and enjoying snacks.
Students rotated to several stations on a Friday afternoon for activities.
At one station, students decorated graham crackers with icing, and then added candies and enjoyed their creations as a snack.
In another classroom, students made homemade Valentine cards. Students traced their hands on construction paper and glued it inside the card as if the hand is saying “I love you” in sign language. Students then decorated their cards and took them home to give them to someone special.
At the last station, students made their own Valentine picture frames. They glued Sweetheart candies around the picture frame to make a design.
