CES students get a workout with Sworkit

Campbellsville Elementary School students are getting a workout in the physical education classes.

In Lynn Kearney’s classes, students are working out with Sworkit personalized video workouts.

Kearney projects the workouts on a wall and students then mimic the moves.

The program allows Kearney to adapt workouts to any age level and physical ability.

And, students are having lots of fun.
