CES first-graders make ornaments

Campbellsville Elementary School first-grade students recently made their own ornaments.

Students in Amanda Greer’s class made reindeer ornaments out of candy canes.

First, each student received their own candy cane. After they added eyes and a red nose, Greer gave them brown pipe cleaners to make antlers.

Students also made snowmen out of tongue depressors and Christmas trees out of Popsicle sticks.

Before Christmas break, students took their ornaments home to add to their Christmas trees.
