CMS girls’ basketball players honored

Campbellsville Middle School girls’ basketball players were honored at the Campbellsville Elementary School assembly on Friday, Nov. 10.

 

The CMS girls’ eighth-grade basketball team recently won its first Central Kentucky Middle School Athletic Conference tournament championship title in 20 years.

 

The team last won the title in 1997.

 

Tiara Cecil is the head CMS girls’ basketball coach. Kathy England and LeeAnn Grider are assistants.

 

Players and coaches were recognized during the assembly for their tournament win and successful regular season.
