CHS students win awards at first KUNA event

Campbellsville High School students recently attended their first KUNA event, and brought home several awards.

 

CHS Y-Club members, accompanied by sponsor Susan Dabney, attended the Kentucky United Nations Assembly event on March 26-28 at the Galt House in Louisville.

 

Overall, CHS students attending received a Delegation of Excellence award.

 

And Bryce Richardson, a junior, received an Outstanding Delegate award.

 

CHS sophomores Jeremiah Jackson and Elizabeth Sullivan and junior Cass Kidwell served on the International Court of Justice.

 

Leslie McKenzie, a sophomore, served on the Media Corp., and sophomore Brandon Greer was a parliamentarian.

 

Myles Murrell and Glenn Lamer, sophomores, were resolution authors.

 

And all other CHS students attending served as ambassadors, and the group presented about Chile.
