CHS band students participate in CU honors band

Campbellsville High School band students recently participated in the Campbellsville University Honors Band program.

 

The students attended rehearsals on the CU campus on Thursday, Feb. 16, and Friday, Feb. 17.

 

More than 100 of the best high school band students around Kentucky were invited to participate.

 

There was a public performance on Friday evening to showcase the students’ hard work over the two days of rehearsals.

 

Students chosen to participate include seniors Laura Lamb and Murphy Lamb, junior Austin Fitzgerald and sophomores Randy Harris, Chaz Babbs and Tiffany Kane.

 

Nan Moore was the clinician for the program.

 

Zach Shelton is the CHS band director.
